1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of jywellbeing.com (the Website), operated under the Jignyasa brand. By visiting the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In case of a printing or typing error in the price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, for example due to a stock issue or suspected fraud, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
4. Payments
Payments can be made using the options shown at checkout, such as UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, or cash on delivery (if available). Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. The ownership of and risk in a product pass to you once it is delivered to your address.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review, we will repair, replace, or refund the amount to your original payment method (or as otherwise agreed). Cancellations before dispatch are always fully refunded.
7. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please tell us immediately at connect@jywellbeing.com if you notice any unauthorised use of your account.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Website. This includes trying to break its security, posting unlawful or harmful content, copying content for commercial use, or interfering with other users.
9. Intellectual Property
The Jignyasa name, logo, website design, text, images, and other content belong to Jignyasa. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
11. Our Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided as is. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that is not possible, the courts in India with jurisdiction over your place of residence will apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Website after changes means you accept them.
